As we have traveled around the world, we never imagined that we would need assistance in this way. Once my husband recovered, and Araceli made certain that we enjoyed the rest of our vacation. I never felt alone in the midst of this very thoughtful and concerned staff. She made appropriate staff aware of our situation-so much so that bellman, concierge staff, and others were always available, inquired after the well-being of my husband, and offered assistance. Throughout his hospitalization, Araceli reached out to me via phone and in-person to offer support and help. Araceli, our member services executive, who became aware my husband was unwell, calmly and efficiently called an ambulance and offered us the option of a taxi or ambulance to the hospital, whichever we thought best. My husband experienced a health scare, which resulted in a two-day hospital stay. And during our stay at Secrets, the competence and dedication of staff became much more important than then sunny skies and balmy weather. The measure of a wonderful resort, however, is not just its beautiful location, wonderful amenities which Secrets has in abundance, but also the dedication, competence, and friendliness of the staff. Whether on a whale watching tour or lounging on a beautiful beach that stretches for miles, guests enjoy observing whales as they playfully make their annual journey south. The perfect spot to see them is the Secrets Resorts at San Jose del Cabos. It’s December and the whales are traveling south along the coast of Baja California. Also thanks to Uriel, Charlie and Taissa from entertainment for being such gracious ambassadors of Secrets Will mention to my friends the pickleball program when we get back home, we hope to return soon! The staff starting from the daily maid service to restaurant team members were all incredible! The highlight of our trip was the morning pickleball sessions on the terrace with David, Lucas and pickleball pro from out of town, they created a fun filled environment where we made new friends, learned some new pickleball shots, and enjoyed endless laughs!!Hats off to these incredible individuals for their hospitality! Special mention also to Brenda from entertainment team for going out of her way to make this trip so much fun, her water aerobic classes were the best we have participated in. We would like to thank all the staff at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos for making this holiday one of the most memorable vacations in our life.
